Responsibilities
- Overseeing the four "D" process of database
and web projects for multiple clients.
- Reports to Clients and Director of Operations.
- Works close with Lead Programmer(s) and Clients during the four D process.
- Collects and assembles weekly build progress reports for clients and the Director of Operations.
- Weekly reviews of projects from Lead Programmers.
- R&D on new technologies and their applications for clients.
Requirements
- Two or more years of Project Management experience a plus.
- Two or more of these development skills in: SQL Server, ASP, JSP, VB, FileMaker
Pro, Lasso, PHP, PERL, Cold Fusion, HTML editors (DW, AGL), C++
- Strong creative problem solving skills.
- Highly motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High standards for quality code development.
- Organized and methodical.
- Strong team leader and team organizational skills
Compensation and perks
- Hourly plus bonuses, LG commissions (lead generation) and LP overrides.

The individuals we’re looking for can handle projects of all sizes and possesses strong
analytical and creative problem–solving skills. In addition to being well organized,
efficient and able to work with limited supervision, candidates must possess strong
communication skills.
These openings are for skilled and experienced FileMaker developers who can work well within
a virtual office environment under minimal supervision as well as part of a team. Samples
of your FileMaker work will be reviewed as part of the interview process.
FILEMAKER NOVICES NEED NOT APPLY!
Proficiency in Web programming languages such as HTML, Lasso, PHP, and XML as well as development experience with .NET, SQL Server, MySQL, ODBC, JDBC, and Excel are definite pluses.
Requirements for these full–time positions include:
- 4+ years experience developing with FileMaker Pro 7 and newer
- 2+ years experience with FileMaker Pro 8
- Strong understanding of relational database design
- Hands–on experience working with FileMaker Pro Server & FMPS Advanced
- Experience with requirements gathering, cost estimating, and scope preparation for FileMaker projects
- Must be a team player
- Must have Cable/DSL or better access
- Mac/PC workstations
- Working knowledge of MacOS, Win XP, NT, Vista & 2000 environments
- Additional luxuries but not required: FileMaker 8, 9 certified, or working towards 9 certification

We are looking for talented pros who can hit the ground running on a variety of exciting projects. Experience in any and all web technologies are welcome, but we are specifically looking for individuals well–versed in PHP (especially Code Igniter framework), MySQL and JavaScript/AJAX.

The individuals we’re looking for can handle projects of all sizes and posses strong analytical and creative problem–solving skills. In addition to being well organized, efficient, and able to work with limited supervision, candidates must possess strong communication skills.
These openings are for skilled and experienced developers who can work well within a virtual office environment (work at home, set your own hours) under minimal supervision as well as part of a team. Samples of your work will be reviewed as part of the interview process.
Responsibilities

- Work close and participates with Project Manager and Client.
- Provide weekly build progress reports and deliverables.
- Writing and debugging code for custom solutions.
Compensation and perks
- Hourly compensation plus annual bonuses and LG commissions (lead generation) possible
- Effective $25 – $78.75/hr, depending upon experience and the project
- Base compensation rate is determined by skill set and proficiency.
