eX–MailCampaign – is a modular solution that can be used as a stand–alone contact manager and mass–mailer, or, better yet, dropped into an existing solution to add mass–mail functionality! Keep track of contacts, groups of contacts, and letters you want to use to communicate with your contacts. Create as many groups you want using a robust search screen. Once you have a group, create a generic form letter. Letters can be merged and sent to contacts by printing letters and envelopes, or by sending via email.
