From the first day I was introduced to my team I felt the confidence in their ability. They asked me all the right questions and fully absorbed what I was trying to accomplish. I had a sophisticated database that was running on a very old copy of Filemaker Pro. When I say old copy, I mean Filemaker 3 (15 years old). My options were to rebuild a new DB or take the eXisting one and update it to the latest version. I chose to update my older existing one only from the standpoint of less of a learning curve for my staff. It turns out there was no learning curve. They took my old DB and within a couple weeks it was running on the newest OS with very little interruption. I do want to mention that I am 100% Macintosh. It made no difference to my team. The database upgrade was step one. Next, I needed to build an online Portal for clients to upload there PO’s, track their jobs through the printing process and view their eXisting proofs at any time. Again, told them what I needed and they went to work. Very quick with responses as we tweaked the system. Once completed they helped me get it online such as telling me what I needed done with SSL certificates, etc.. To be perfectly honest, I feel like I have my own IT staff as well as DB gurus with my team. Any question you ask them computer or Database related, they can answer. So the Bottom line for me it was money well spent. Lastly, for all who are on a tight budget, The cost they put out there may be overwhelming at first, but what you get in return turns it into a huge bargain. They are by your side every step of the way!.. I can go on and on about this company but I will conclude with a Grade of A+. Job well done!
