It was quite a learning experience for myself, as I felt it wasn’t a very big job but soon learned that even small jobs aren’t as small as we may think they are. Rob did a great job in setting up the process of receiving and returning cylinders which was totally different from the way we had been thinking about how it should work. Sometimes it just takes a different perspective and look at how to solve a problem.
