ASAP Aquatic, LLC
ASAP is a pond, fountain, and lake maintenance company located in Indianapolis, IN specializing in the systemic control of nuisance vegetation. They were in need of both a website and a custom web application (for client access), as well as enhanced development on their existing internally used FileMaker Pro solution.
A Step Above Salon
A different kind of salon wanting to have a web presence. Was not interested in the shared website platform that is readily available in the salon industry. Client wanted to be able to update and make changes on their own at anytime, a new fresh look, blog, client e-mail sign up, appointment setting abilities, and integrated social media.
In 1918, S&G Seeds put its mark on the world of agriculture by selling open pollinated seed corn to local farmers. As the years went on, the company expanded its territory and diversified from seed production to seed conditioning, warehousing, and delivery. Today S&G manages the intake of seeds from contract growers and the outflow of inventory to customers to and from their warehouses, along with a fleet of delivery trucks and drivers. Paper based processes became overwhelming, inaccurate, and completely inefficient.

Linking FileMaker, WordPress & WooCommerce to manage product listings
Check out this ultimate triple play in which eXcelisys linked FileMaker, WordPress and WooCommerce to help a large-scale K-12 curriculum distributor manage its print catalog and webstore sales. One key feature includes HTML auto-coding in FileMaker to enable product entries made in the database to upload to the website for picture-perfect webstore display.
Custom Web Module Helps Hagen/Sinclair Round Up Candidates for Market Research
More fun than a barrel of monkeys, check out this MailChimp integration, site migration, web form data-capture project we tackled for a Northern, CA-based market research firm.
Video-sharing Website Lights Up Web
See how eXcelisys helped one not-for-profit launch a multimedia-rich website, tackling issues with video file upload limits and integrating/wrapping YouTube videos so they play seamlessly inside the site.
Data Destruction Monitoring Tool
Data destruction is big business. Seeking a better way to monitor and audit the disk-wipe process, Archive Data Solutions came to eXcelisys. We built a nifty little tracker that monitors the data sanitization process on a standalone Linux machine. Works remotely, too.
Bio-storage Tracking System Complements Biopharma’s Breakthrough Therapies
To develop its cancer-fighting therapies, Tocagen needed a bio-storage tracking system to manage cell samples stored in lab freezers. The vial manager built by eXcelisys tracks the position (slot, box, rack & tank) of each sample on the premises.
Milcarb to Launch New Switch-Series for Remote Beverage Gas Telemetry Monitoring
The Milcarb App, built by eXcelisys, is part of a remote nitrogen and CO2 tank monitoring system. The app sends alerts directly to mobile devices, giving beverage gas distributors real-time data on how smoothly their customers' systems are running.
