From the very first contact I had with the salesperson I have had nothing but professional and personable interactions. Mark responded to my initial call during his vacation, took his time in answering my questions, and worked with his programmers to find out specific answers to my detailed questions. The project manager and the programmer assigned to me have had professional and personal experiences in the areas of education and special education. This has saved me time on sharing what I need as they understood the field that I need a solution built for. Not only have I loved their custom programming services thus far but it has also been done in a very timely manner! I do not feel that I am paying a programmer to learn solutions for my needs, but rather they come to the table with a wealth of idea and knowledge to implement those solutions.
