eXcelisys has become an eXtension of our team. Over the last year and a half, as the founder and our original vendor stepped back from supporting our FileMaker system, eXcelisys has really come through for us. Our own office staff have gotten great at handling the smaller day-to-day fixes, but when a large, high-impact project or an unexpected issue crops up, eXcelisys is who we turn to. They’ve provided knowledgeable support all year, and more than once they’ve dropped everything mid-day to help bring our system back to life.
They also work seamlessly alongside our IT vendor who handles our networking. The two teams have supported each other inside our systems without a hitch, which has made a huge difference for us. On top of that, we love that we get to work with the same team every time an issue comes up, and that we can simply buy hours and use them whenever we need them.
