Challenge:
There were 2 main challenges here: the first was to integrate the shared and disparate business processes within the two companies into a single enterprise application and automate the repetitive and time consuming tasks; the second was to create a new consolidated custom website and web application for the two companies integrating both auction and real estate data from the enterprise application. Of particular difficulty was the challenge of integrating the processes from the two companies, as well as the very complex methods of handling expenses.

Solution:
Using FileMaker Pro, we were able to automate the business processes for management of all of their auction information and much of the real estate information. With a custom designed real estate auction website and ESS, we were able to push many of the details directly from the advertising department to the real estate auction website and allow for detailed searches from website visitors.

Result:
This is a long-time client, who still works with us on a regular basis. The client has won several awards for their real estate auction website, and is one of the largest private real estate and auction companies in the U.S.
